The company Perlan Technologies Polska Sp. z o.o. was established under the name of Agilent Technologies Poland Sp. z o.o., under the strategic division plan of the company Hewlett Packard, in November 1999.

Since May 2002 the company has been operating under the firm of Perlan Technologies Polska Sp. z o.o., and it is an authorized distributor of the Life Science and Chemical Analysis Branch of Agilent Technologies Inc. In August 2008, Perlan Technologies officially took over the distribution of Stratagene products.

The company Perlan Technologies supplies instruments, accessories and comprehensive solutions for identification and analysis of thousands of substances, including exploration of their composition; structure; physical, chemical and biological properties; cell analysis, and DNA and RNA analysis.

Most commonly used instrumentation offered by Perlan Technologies includes: gas and liquid chromatography, mass detector, UVVIS spectrometry, ICPMS spectrometry, capillary electrophoresis, bioanalysis and scanning systems.

Analytical instrumentation distributed by Perlan Technologies is used by research laboratories of universities and research institutes; it is also used for quality control in environmental protection, food safety, and petrochemical, chemical, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food industries.
